What this site collects

If you join, we collect your email, selected role, consent timestamp and policy version, optional marketing preference, assigned research price and a browser-generated research identifier. Campaign parameters are saved only with measurement consent. We do not collect audio on this site.

How we use it

To maintain the early-access list, send requested status and testing updates, and understand interest in estimated pricing. Optional marketing emails require the separate checkbox. Joining does not create a purchase or reservation.

Browser storage and measurement

Local storage keeps one research price and your cookie choice. If you allow optional measurement, we record pricing exposure and responses, and may load Google Analytics 4 and Meta Pixel when configured. Those providers may receive browser, device, IP and page information and set their own cookies. We never send your email, role, signup form contents or research identifier to these analytics tools. Do not put personal information in URL campaign parameters.

Your choice

You may decline measurement and still join. Cookie settings in the footer let you change your preference. Declining prevents subsequent measurement loads; cookies already placed by providers may need removal through browser settings. Clearing browser storage resets your price assignment and consent choice.

Storage and protection

Signup records are intended to be stored in a private Supabase database. Vercel hosts the site when deployed. Server endpoints use a secret key, input validation and request limits. A keyed hash of the request IP is retained for up to two hours for basic abuse protection. No public signup directory exists.

Retention and your rights

Proposed policy: delete inactive waitlist records after 12 months, and aggregate or delete research records after 12 months. The founder must put this retention process into operation before launch. You may request access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion. Withdrawal does not undo earlier processing. Marketing messages must provide an unsubscribe mechanism before email campaigns begin.

Contact and responsible business

The founder must add the responsible legal entity, business address and a monitored privacy email before public launch. This draft is not ready for publication. Hosting region, international transfers and any additional processors must be confirmed before public launch.

Age and future product

This waitlist is intended for people aged 18 or older. Product audio handling will require a separate explanation and appropriate permissions before prototype testing begins.
